HumanCalc is a free, web-based cognitive training platform. The Service is provided "as-is" for educational and personal development purposes only.
HumanCalc is not a medical device, diagnostic tool, or substitute for professional medical advice or neuropsychological assessment.
3. Free Access and No Subscription
All exercises on HumanCalc are and will remain free of charge. Core training exercises will always be free.
4. User Accounts
Creating an account is optional. If you create an account, you are responsible for:
- Providing accurate registration information
- Maintaining the security of your password
- All activity that occurs under your account
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, its servers, or databases
- Use automated tools or bots to access or interact with the Service
- Reverse-engineer or decompile the Service
- Transmit malware or disruptive code
6. Intellectual Property

The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind. Cognitive training results vary by individual. Research findings referenced on this site do not constitute guarantees of individual outcomes.
8. Limitation of Liability
HumanCalc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Since the Service is free, our maximum liability to you is zero.
9. Modifications
HumanCalc may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
11. Governing Law
